- H visas:
- H-1B : For foreign workers in “specialty occupations” that require theoretical or practical application of specialized knowledge, typically requiring at least a bachelor’s degree.

- TN visas:

- P visas:

- P-2 : For artists/entertainers under reciprocal exchange programs.
- P-3 : For artists/entertainers in culturally unique programs.
